Beautiful large rooms, newly renovated property, and friendly staff. I've had an awesome stay and this is my new go-to hotel for when I come back to visit family. Gina was beyond helpful and very friendly when welcoming me to the hotel. A big thanks to all employees who worked over Christmas as well. Thanks guys for a great stay!
Check in/checkout process was very easy and took less than 2 minutes combined.
Did not have the chance to check out the amenities but the rooms were very nice and updated. The shower was a nice change too! A different layout from the typical hotel design and was welcomed. It was very close to the grocery store for any snacks you may need and it was close to other restaurants as well.
Motel very clean, up to date and nice. Breakfast good, but they are not efficient on keeping it filled. Many times things were totally out and they had to be told to fill. They dont regularly wipe off tables like most motels in their class. Pool nice, but chilly and very small. Rarely was anyone swimming in it. Exercise area was nice and under utilized. We had a King sofa bed room. Sofa bed is a twin bed. Mattress kept in drawer below. Sofa uncomfortable for sitting because twin mattress wide so no back if legs touch floor. Sofa a West Elm brand. It looks nice. No mattress pad for sofa bed. $3 each for all snacks available from front desk. All works very happy and nice. Our room never got anything except fresh towels and trash emptied. Our choice most days. However, 1 day we were gone all day and late in day they are like...oh we missed your room. Ok just towels and trash emptied. We had wanted fresh sheets or at least bed made, but gave up and settled for that.
Large and clean room, very comfortable. The restaurant was good as well. I would recommend to check more often if there is enough soap or paper in the room, when we arrived we had to use our own shower gel and shampoo.
I would like to commend the gentleman who was in charge of breakfast on early Sunday morning 7/30/17. Never have I seen a hotel staff member work as diligently as he did to make sure that the breakfast buffet was fully stocked for guests. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone in the area.
Great location with many restaurants and stores within short walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Small indoor pool. Bed was on the soft side. Will stay here again.
